Explore the Prototypes

Collector Archives is being designed as a set of connected experiences, each built for a different role in a vehicle's life. Together, they contribute to one permanent vehicle archive. Explore the working prototypes—what each one is for, who it serves, and where the platform is heading next.

P01 — Owner ExperienceActive

The Primary Experience

Collection Manager

The core platform for managing collector vehicles — documenting activities, organizing financial records, preserving documentation, and building a permanent archive throughout a vehicle's life.

This is where the majority of product design happens today. Most new workflows, architecture, and journal entries originate here before expanding into other experiences.

Who it's for

Collectors managing and preserving the vehicles they own.

Lightweight Contribution

Contributor

Designed for people who contribute information to a collection without managing it directly. The workflows are intentionally lightweight — focused on capturing evidence, submitting documentation, and contributing information for review before it becomes part of a vehicle's permanent archive.

The Upload Expense workflow is currently the primary experience, with additional contributor workflows planned as the platform evolves.

Who it's for

Mechanics, restoration shops, transport companies, photographers, detailers, vendors, and others who help document a vehicle's life.

On the Roadmap

More experiences,
as the platform grows

Every significant vehicle is supported by a network of people. Collector Archives is being designed to give each of them a purpose-built experience while contributing to a single permanent archive.
